Hire Our Mobile Bar For You Wedding, Party, Festival or Corporate Event
Our fully managed bars provide a fully stocked bar featuring draught lager, a selection of bottled lagers, ales, ciders and a wide variety of spirits and mixers as well as soft drinks. We can also offer drinks packages of welcome drinks, table drinks and toast drinks to suit all budgets and tastes.
We have a BIIAB qualification in bar and cellar management ensuring the prefect pink every time, so no more warm, flat pints at festivals and local events

Cash Bar
All Drinks are chargeable to the guest. You are welcome to supply arrival drinks and wine for the table (we can offer glass hire and service staff to help with this if needed). We supply everything that is needed to offer a wide range of drinks, draft ale, cocktails and award wining gins. There is a minimum spend for a cash bar which will be dependent on the guest numbers and duration the bar is open but is usually £1300 for 100 guests. Our deposit is £500 (if minimum spend is reached the deposit will be refunded)
Token or Tab Bar
You pick up the tab at the end. We supply everything as above it just means your guests are not paying or you give everyone drink tokens to use.
Dry Hire
you supply all the ks, ice, glasses etc we supply the bar and staff if needed. The fridges and glasses can be hired separately. Prices start from £195
What We Provide
If your venue does not have a premises licence, we can apply for the a Temporary Event Notice on your behalf to Allow the sales of Alcohol at Your Event at a cost of £35
When you hire our mobile bar, all glassware, straws are provided and qualified members of staff will run the bar for the duration of the event. ? In most cases, the minimum spend of £700.00 is easily achievable within the first few hours of the event and with 100 guests works out at around 1.2 drinks per person. We keep you updated throughout the night, and notify you when the minimum spend has been met. In unusual cases where the spend has not been met, it is your obligation to make up the difference.
